Truth in the Bible is fathomless, and to begin to arrive at the full knowledge of the truth requires intensive study. The training classes cover key books in the Old and New Testaments, an overview of the whole Bible, in-depth studies of the high peak truths, and biblical truths concerning the Christian life and Christian service. Trainees are equipped not only for the spread of the truth, but also to know truth from heresy and false teaching.
Maybe right now you have only a vague understanding of the meaning of spiritual terms and truths. Or maybe you are not satisfied with biblical knowledge that always seems like second-hand information to you.
The training helps you to get into God’s word so you can have a solid understanding of God’s New Testament economy. You have the time to
read the Bible and develop a true love for the word of God. As you open your spirit the Bible becomes to you a living book that is full of
light.
Hearing the ministry of God’s word in different classes during the week has a far reaching effect on you. When you receive the truth into you, it sets you free from mistaken ideas, deceitful philosophies, unscriptural concepts and Satan’s lies. False notions are replaced with the truth of the divine revelation of God, Christ, the Spirit, life, the church, the Body and the New Jerusalem. Often after a class you find yourself walking back to your living quarters a renewed person, washed with the water of God’s word.
The training classes and your personal study of the word gives the Lord a way to constitute you with proper scriptural knowledge and with His truth, truth that shines and anchors your faith in the Lord Jesus, imparts spiritual vision and governs your life. You will also be equipped to speak to others about the Christ you see and love.

Greek is the original New Testament language. To be trained in Greek allows a much fuller view of God's thought and ultimate purpose as revealed in the Bible. The goal is that each trainee will be able to use the Greek Interlinear New Testament. This will expand the trainee's ability to accurately decipher and convey the truths of the Bible.

Years of experience reveal that a person's usefulness is to a large degree dependent on his level of character. For example, a Christian worker may be very gifted and consecrated, but if he is never punctual his suitability is dissipated. Therefore, this training affects numerous areas of a person's character, with the positive result of uplifting his inherent traits. These areas include diligence, stability, patience, accommodation of all races and social strata, submission, exactness and endurance, just to name a few.
Virtues such as nobility and purity are treasured by many but possessed by few. The moral standard of modern society is compromised, ambiguous, and open to interpretation by prevailing worldly philosophies.
Despite today's poor moral climate, many admire and recognise something excellent in the life the Lord Jesus lived as the Son of Man. As believers, we have this wonderful Christ living in us, yet our human vessel still needs to be moulded and perfected. An important part of the training is to help you build up a proper character. The sanctified atmosphere of the Training Centre where biblical morality is espoused inspires you to preserve yourself as a vessel unto honour for the Lord’s use.
The training provides a unique environment where your character, including your disposition and habits, can be touched and renewed so that you can be a person who expresses the divine attributes. You learn what virtues a proper human being should have. You also experience the Spirit’s transforming work to make you responsible, compassionate, forbearing, and faithful. Your living and service with other trainees calls for openness, patience, flexibility, selflessness, and even leadership.
The building up of your character in two years of training follows you and benefits you for the rest of your life, whatever your future endeavours may be. Many trainees have testified that the training gently but firmly made them more diligent, more accurate, more broad, more stable, more loving, and ultimately more properly human.

Every life needs training and regulation to help it grow properly and become fruitful. This is especially true of the life of God that we received when we believed. By classes, daily life practices and shepherding, the training helps each trainee to experience and enjoy this life, resulting in the development of its function and fruitfulness.
By now you might have discovered you need help in your experience of the divine life. You are probably familiar with the practices of confessing your sins, calling on the Lord, pray-reading, reading the word, and speaking in meetings. But these practices may only be fleeting experiences and not established habits in your daily life.
The training brings you out of a life that depends on periodic inspiration and into a regular exercise of your spirit to enjoy Christ. You are helped to develop an intimate and personal relationship with the Lord Jesus to know Him in a subjective way. By learning how to spend private time daily with the Lord to contact Him directly, you experience the Lord’s personal speaking and shining.
As the training progresses, your oneness with the Lord deepens, and your experience of the divine life advances. You find you are gradually being saved in His life and becoming a person of life. Consequently, whatever you do after the training, whether you serve full time, go to university, or take a job, you are governed not merely by your outward environment or mental consideration but by your fellowship with the Lord and by a trained sense of the divine life. You have embarked on the pathway that leads to life.

We plan to conduct one Fieldwork exercise per year overseas. As these trainees' photos testify, there is a rich blessing to receive from blending with believers in other countries.
This will cost between NZ$1,500 and $2,000. For those not able to go overseas, a local Fieldwork exercise will be arranged.

This training is designed to bring each trainee into active and fruitful preaching of the gospel, with very positive and long term results. This will be attained through a strict and scheduled training programme.
The world tells you that only fools follow the Lord Jesus and serve Him, that time spent at the training is a waste, and that earthly prosperity and achievement mean everything. But to the Lord and those who can see eternal things, serving Him as a priest and a slave is the greatest thing you could do. The training helps you see that a life of service is not for a select few or a special class but should be normal to every believer. God’s calling and the love of your Saviour who gave Himself for you inspires you to present your body to serve Him. Through consecration, prayer, and opportunities for practical experience your heart is enlarged to care for the Lord’s interest.
The training also helps you to grow out of a self-centred life into a life concerned for the spiritual well-being of the people around you. It cultivates your spiritual capacity to preach the gospel, shepherd younger believers, and speak the word of God for the building up of the church. You learn especially how to serve in campus work and among young people to meet the need of this generation.
In the training you learn to serve with others in the coordination of the Body, to put aside your independence, and to fellowship together in one accord. You eventually develop a desire for a life of serving Christ to gain the honour of being well-pleasing to God. Whether He leads you to serve with all your time or to take a job, as a graduate of the training, you wish to be a functioning member of His Body.
